We offer a diverse range of pressure ranges, premium material choices (including corrosion-resistant materials such as 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy, and ceramic), flexible output signals (e.g., 4-20mA, 0-10V, RS485, Modbus), and various pressure port configurations (e.g., G1/4, NPT, flange) to ensure compatibility with different application scenarios. Additionally, our customized design services can develop exclusive sensors tailored to specific customer requirements, adapting to extreme environments or industry-specific standards.
Water Pressure Sensors
LEEG Instruments' water pressure sensors utilize advanced sensing technology to precisely measure the pressure of liquid media and convert it into readable signals. Our pressure transmitters further integrate signal conditioning and amplification functions, delivering more stable and interference-resistant output signals suitable for long-distance transmission and industrial automation control. The products feature high accuracy (±0.2% FS), excellent long-term stability, a wide temperature compensation range, and comply with IP67-IP68 protection ratings, ensuring reliable operation in humid, dusty, or underwater environments.
Water Level Sensors
Our water level sensors are based on hydrostatic pressure measurement principles, enabling real-time monitoring of liquid height in applications such as water tanks, reservoirs, and groundwater wells. The products employ corrosion-resistant materials and anti-clogging designs, maintaining high measurement accuracy even in liquids containing sediment or impurities. Our intelligent water level sensors support remote monitoring and are widely used in smart water management, agricultural irrigation, flood warning systems, and other fields, helping users optimize water resource management and improve operational efficiency.
How Water Pressure Sensors Work
The working principle of water pressure sensors involves the following steps:
- Pressure Sensing: The sensitive element inside the sensor (e.g., diffused silicon or ceramic capacitive diaphragm) undergoes micro-deformation when subjected to water pressure.
- Signal Conversion: The deformation causes changes in the resistance or capacitance of the bridge circuit, which is then converted into a standard electrical signal (e.g., analog voltage or current) by a dedicated integrated circuit (ASIC).
- Signal Output & Processing: The transmitter performs linearization, temperature compensation, and amplification on the raw signal, outputting a stable 4-20mA, 0-10V, or digital signal (e.g., RS485) for reading and analysis by PLC, DCS, or SCADA systems.
Applications of Water Pressure Sensors
LEEG Instruments' water pressure sensors are widely used in the following fields:
- Municipal Water Supply Systems: Monitor pipeline pressure, optimize pump control, and reduce leaks and energy waste.
- Agricultural Irrigation: Measure soil moisture and water levels in real time to achieve precision irrigation and improve water resource efficiency.
- Drinking Water Treatment: Ensure stable water supply pressure and compliance with hygiene standards to safeguard public water safety.
- Industrial Circulating Water Systems: Monitor cooling water and boiler pressure to prevent equipment overload or dry running.
- Groundwater & Marine Monitoring: Designed with salt spray resistance and corrosion resistance for harsh environments such as deep wells and offshore platforms.
