Recently, the business division shared with us a series of on-site application images showcasing LEEG pressure transmitters in the mining industry. These images illustrate the entire process, from ore mining and mineral processing to the production of qualified iron concentrate products, demonstrating the application of these transmitters at every stage, from raw ore to purified iron ore feedstock.

Pressure transmitters primarily serve large hydraulic equipment. For instance, in hydraulic excavators, key application points include the pump outlet, valve groups, and the inlet and outlet ports of the stick, boom, and bucket cylinders. In mining dump trucks, especially within the hydraulic lifting system, the main application points are the lift pump and lift tank, among others. Their primary role is to monitor pump pressure, enabling the matching of engine power with hydraulic pump power. They trigger alarms when system pressure exceeds safe limits, thereby preventing equipment damage
In mineral processing, our pressure transmitters are mainly used in the slurry transportation system's diaphragm pumps and slurry pumps, disc or belt filters, filter presses, and hydraulic cone crushers. Key application points include the feed inlet, diaphragm chamber pressure, hydraulic clamping systems, and pneumatic blowback systems. They primarily monitor pressure to prevent pipeline blockages caused by excessive pressure. If the blowback air pressure is too low, the filter cake cannot be effectively dislodged.
Throughout the entire mining industry chain, from hydraulic excavators for ore extraction and cone crushers for ore crushing to diaphragm pumps for slurry transport and dewatering filtration equipment, the hydraulic and pressure systems are inseparable from pressure transmitters. Pressure transmitters are crucial for safety and continuous operation.
