LEEG to better serve our global customers and improve product lifecycle management and on-site maintenance efficiency, we are proud to announce the official launch of our new generation Modular Pressure Transmitter Series.
This upgrade marks a significant milestone in our progress toward smarter design, advanced manufacturing, and customer-focused service.


Comprehensive Upgrade - From Structure to Performance
The new modular design introduces major improvements in five key areas:


1. Sensor Data Recording Enhancement
In the previous generation, sensor data was recorded on the internal circuit board within the housing. In the new design, all sensor data is stored directly inside the sensor itself, enabling independent compensation and calibration.

Benefit: The sensor can be individually replaced or calibrated without disassembling the whole unit, greatly reducing maintenance time and cost.


2. Rear Terminal Connection Optimization
The traditional soldered cable connections have been replaced with modular plug-in isolation terminals. Each terminal module can now be easily detached and replaced.

Benefit: Faster maintenance, simplified field replacement, and higher reliability.


3. LCD Menu and Display Upgrade
The LCD has been upgraded from a 5-digit to a 6-digit display, improving precision and readability. The menu interface has also been redesigned for a more intuitive user experience.

Benefit: Higher display accuracy and easier operation. A demonstration video is available for reference.


4. Hall-Effect Button Upgrade
The top magnetic key has been upgraded from a traditional mechanical switch to an electronic Hall component.

Benefit: More responsive and durable, eliminating mechanical wear and extending service life.


5. Sensor Performance Improvement
The new sensor features better low-temperature performance and improved temperature hysteresis consistency.
Additionally, the low-pressure side overload capability has been increased from 16 MPa to 25 MPa.

Benefit: Greater environmental adaptability, higher safety margin, and improved long-term stability.


Modular Design - Simplifying Maintenance and Spare Parts Management

The entire product line now adopts a fully modular architecture, meaning that each functional module (sensor, display, terminal block, and control unit) can be supplied and replaced independently.
Customers can keep spare modules in stock and perform quick on-site replacements without the need to replace the entire transmitter. Reduced lifecycle cost and enhanced service flexibility.
