This exercise focused on initial fire response, evaluating the performance of the company's emergency system through practical simulation.
Precise Drill Design
Before the drill, a dedicated task force was established to design key scenarios, including fire reporting, initial firefighting, and personnel evacuation, based on actual warehouse conditions. Special situations, such as fire extinguisher failures, were incorporated to thoroughly test emergency preparedness.
Practical Testing of Effectiveness
During the drill, all emergency teams responded swiftly and coordinated closely. The firefighting team controlled the spread of flames promptly, the evacuation team organized an orderly withdrawal, and the medical rescue team handled simulated injuries efficiently. The entire exercise was intense yet well-structured, demonstrating strong teamwork and seamless coordination among emergency personnel.
Continuous Improvement
Post-drill evaluations confirmed an overall effective response but also identified areas for improvement, such as some new employees being unfamiliar with evacuation routes.
